About the Role

The Senior Host for Resorts & Loyalty Marketing plays a vital role in enhancing guest experiences at our on-site resorts in Metro Manila. This position focuses on building strong relationships with guests and promoting our loyalty program. As a Senior Host, you will ensure that guests receive exceptional service and support, contributing to their overall satisfaction and loyalty.

In this role, you will work closely with various teams to coordinate guest activities and ensure smooth operations. Your fluency in spoken English will be essential in communicating effectively with both guests and team members. Responsibilities

Recruit and register players to the loyalty program to enhance guest participation.
Promote the loyalty program benefits to increase guest engagement.
Assist guests with gaming inquiries to ensure a smooth experience.
Handle membership transactions and complaints to maintain guest satisfaction.
Execute gaming promotional activities to attract and retain guests.
Ensure confidentiality of customer information to build trust.
Coordinate with transportation for guest arrangements to enhance convenience.

Requirements

One year or more relevant experience in customer service to ensure quality support.
Appropriate tertiary education to support professional development.
Proven excellent customer service skills to enhance guest interactions.
Willingness to work on a shifting schedule to meet operational needs.
