About the Role

As a Senior Host in Resorts & Loyalty Marketing, you will play a vital role in enhancing guest experiences at our on-site resorts in Metro Manila. Your primary focus will be on recruiting players into our loyalty program and ensuring that guests receive exceptional service. This position requires a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and effective communication in English. You will work onsite, contributing to a dynamic team that values collaboration and guest engagement.

Responsibilities

Recruit players to the loyalty program through engaging on-floor interactions.
Assist guests with membership-related transactions to ensure smooth experiences.
Provide professional service that maximizes guest satisfaction and loyalty.
Promote loyalty program benefits to guests, enhancing their overall experience.
Handle customer complaints and inquiries with empathy and efficiency.
Execute gaming promotional activities to attract and retain guests.
Coordinate with transportation services for seamless guest arrangements.

Requirements

One year or more of relevant experience in customer service roles.
Appropriate tertiary education that supports your role.
Proven excellent customer service skills that enhance guest experiences.
Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
Flexibility in working hours to accommodate guest needs.
