About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Junior Production Associate to join our team in Davao City. This is an on-site position where you will play a vital role in our manufacturing process. You will collaborate closely with various teams to ensure the quality and efficiency of our production operations. Responsibilities

Coordinate with the toll miller to manage raw materials and product types effectively.
Perform visual inspections and nutritional evaluations of raw materials to ensure quality standards.
Execute SAP process order transactions accurately to maintain production flow.
Collect samples for laboratory testing to verify product quality.
Identify and manage product nonconformities to uphold safety standards.
Comply with food safety policies and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
Assist in quality improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency.

Requirements

Preferably hold a BS degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics & Communication Engineering.
Demonstrate knowledge of machines and equipment functionality in a production setting.
Exhibit the ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
Show willingness to be assigned anywhere in Mindanao as needed.
Possess strong analytical and numerical skills for effective problem-solving.
Have basic computer literacy to navigate production software.
Knowledge in PLC is a plus for this role.
