About the Role

We are seeking a Mid-Level Line Coordinator for an on-site position in Batangas, CALABARZON. This role is crucial for overseeing production processes and ensuring that our team meets performance goals. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and 2-3 years of relevant experience in production and manufacturing, preferably in the food, pharma, or beverage industries. Responsibilities

Coordinate and lead the production shift team to achieve daily targets.
Track and improve key performance indicators for production efficiency.
Create an efficient and self-sufficient team environment.
Manage team staffing to ensure effective coverage during shifts.
Encourage equipment ownership among team members for better accountability.
Ensure continuous operation of equipment to minimize downtime.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field.
2-3 years of experience in production and manufacturing.

Excellent planning and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools for reporting and analysis.
Knowledge of production systems is a plus.
