About the Role

We are seeking a Mid-Level Sales Supervisor to join our team in Iloilo, Western Visayas. This role is crucial for driving sales success and managing a dedicated team. Responsibilities

Lead, manage, and coach Sales Assistants and Field Commercial Executives to enhance performance.
Achieve business objectives in your assigned territory through strategic planning.
Manage volume achievement and accounts receivable to ensure financial health.
Implement price management and coverage strategies to optimize sales.
Track sales, stock inventory, daily collections, and remittances for accuracy.

Requirements

Minimum of 4-5 years of supervisory experience in sales.
Field sales experience is essential for this role.
Driver’s license for at least one year is required.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to build relationships.
Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Excellent communication and people skills for team collaboration.
