About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Process Lead to join our team in Batangas, CALABARZON. This is an onsite position where you will play a crucial role in enhancing our operational processes. You will lead efforts to eliminate losses and improve process controls while supporting the Line Lead in implementing Standard Work. Your expertise will help us build team capabilities and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities

Lead loss-elimination activities to boost operational efficiency.
Support the Line Lead in implementing Standard Work practices.
Build team skills to meet IOS/OPEN+ requirements.
Ensure compliance with PMI and legal EHS rules.
Oversee updates to Centerline processes.
Analyze line performance data to meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
Identify and implement improvements to reduce waste.
Coach teams on Centerline practices and problem-solving techniques.

Requirements

Hold a technical education degree.
Have experience in industrial or mechanical settings.
Possess basic to advanced English skills.
Demonstrate intermediate MS Office skills.
Show ability in data visualization and storytelling.
