About the Role

The HR Quality Assurance Specialist position in Makati offers a unique opportunity to enhance HR processes. This role focuses on ensuring the quality of HR data and operations. You will work closely with various teams to improve employee experiences and maintain high standards in HR practices. This is an on-site role, providing a collaborative environment for professional growth.

Responsibilities

Serve as the main contact for operational audits, ensuring compliance with HR standards.
Collaborate with People Lifecycle Experience Teams to enhance employee engagement.
Conduct quality checks on HR data to ensure accuracy and reliability.
Audit end-to-end employee lifecycle transactions to identify areas for improvement.
Deliver timely and accurate reports to support decision-making processes.
Identify process gaps and opportunities for enhancing HR operations.
Maintain up-to-date Operations Manuals for reference and training.
Analyze incidents to prevent recurrence and improve overall service quality.

Requirements

Demonstrate strong English communication skills for effective collaboration.
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Detail-oriented to ensure accuracy in all HR-related tasks.
Exhibit a collaborative mindset to work effectively with diverse teams.
Possess problem-solving skills to address operational challenges.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a dynamic, high-demand environment.
Experience with SAP SuccessFactors is a plus.
Fluency in additional languages is an advantage.
