About the Role

The Expediter role is essential for ensuring smooth operations in our warehouse. You will oversee expedite orders and coordinate with various teams to maintain efficiency. This position is based in Calabarzon, Philippines, and requires a strong background in warehousing and people management. Responsibilities

Ensure safe and efficient expedite operations by following established rules.
Manage and track expedite orders to meet customer expectations.
Review and respond to email and shipment requests promptly.
Coordinate with operations teams and stakeholders to resolve issues.
Serve as the main point of contact for expedite-related inquiries.
Follow and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) consistently.
Maintain accurate records of operational reports and performance data.
Support the creation and rollout of best practices for processes.

Requirements

Have a background in warehousing and logistics operations.
Demonstrate strong multi-tasking capabilities in a busy environment.
Possess people management experience to lead a team effectively.
Show ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Familiarity with SAP or any Warehouse Management System is essential.
