Junior Warehouse Associate - On-site Position

About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Warehouse Associate to join our team in Calabarzon, Philippines. This is an onsite position where you will play a vital role in our warehouse operations. As a Junior Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for various tasks that ensure the smooth flow of materials and products. If you are a high school graduate and eager to start your career in logistics, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

• Receive and verify incoming shipments to ensure accuracy.
• Pick, pack, and stage materials for production or shipment efficiently.
• Perform physical inventory counts and cycle counts regularly.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems.
• Utilize barcode scanners for tracking material movement effectively.
• Assist in labeling and storing semiconductor products properly.
• Keep assigned storage areas clean and organized at all times.
• Report any discrepancies or quality issues to supervisors promptly.
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve material flow issues.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and 5S practices.

Requirements

• At least a high school graduate with a willingness to learn.
• Knowledgeable in inventory and warehouse management systems.
• Basic skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Can start immediately with complete government requirements.
• Willing to be assigned in Maunong, Calamba Laguna.
• Experience in warehouse or logistics is a plus.
