About the Role

We are seeking a Junior Production Associate to join our team in Davao City. This is an on-site position where you will play a crucial role in supporting our manufacturing processes. Responsibilities

Coordinate production activities with the toll miller to ensure timely operations.
Perform quality control inspections to maintain product standards.
Execute SAP process order transactions for accurate record-keeping.
Collect samples for laboratory testing to ensure product quality.
Document and manage product nonconformities to improve processes.
Comply with food safety rules to maintain a safe working environment.
Assist in quality improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency.

Requirements

Preferably hold a BS degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics & Communication Engineering.
Demonstrate knowledge of production and equipment operation.
Show ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
Be willing to travel within Mindanao for operational needs.
Possess analytical and numerical skills for effective problem-solving.
Have basic computer literacy to manage production records.
Knowledge in PLC is a plus for this role.
