About the Role

We are seeking a Mid-Level Strategy, Risk, and Performance Specialist to join our team in Taguig. This hybrid role allows you to work both remotely and in the office, providing flexibility to balance your personal and professional life. You will play a crucial role in developing strategic management programs and implementing risk management initiatives that align with our organizational goals.

Responsibilities

Support the development of strategic management programs to enhance operational efficiency.
Implement risk management programs that identify and mitigate potential threats.
Design processes, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance and improve performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies and objectives.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
Preferably possess an MBA or equivalent experience.
At least 2 years of experience in a technical or professional position.
Experience in the power industry is a plus.
