About the Role

We are seeking a Safety Investigations Team Lead to join our team in Taguig, National Capital Region (NCR). This is an onsite position where you will lead a team of Community Operations Specialists. Your role will focus on enhancing safety protocols and ensuring a high-quality customer experience. You will develop training programs and manage performance metrics. If you are passionate about safety and team development, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team of 10-15 Community Operations Specialists to ensure effective operations.
Manage SLA metrics and quality standards to enhance customer satisfaction.
Develop and implement QA and training programs to improve team performance.
Analyze team performance and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
Execute ad-hoc projects and share insights to drive operational efficiency.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in team handling.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Understanding of customer support workflows and quality frameworks.
Familiarity with case management systems.
Willingness to work in a 24x7 support environment.
