Responsibilities

• Supervises IT Project Specialists across different regions to ensure project alignment.
• Assigns projects and tracks execution quality to meet organizational standards.
• Coaches project staff on governance and delivery practices for improved outcomes.
• Enforces IT project rules, templates, and approvals to maintain consistency.
• Reviews project plans, timelines, risks, and deliverables to ensure clarity.
• Tracks project progress and escalates issues as necessary to mitigate risks.
• Oversees change impact assessments and readiness planning for smooth transitions.
• Ensures training plans are executed to support user adoption during rollouts.
• Coordinates with Solutions, Infra, Cyber, and Operations teams for project success.
• Engages business stakeholders on project status and potential risks.
• Manages resources across multiple projects to optimize utilization effectively.
• Develops and tracks project budgets to control costs and ensure financial health.
• Monitors resource capacity and project prioritization to meet deadlines.
• Promotes best practices and continuous improvement within the project teams.
• Identifies areas for process improvement to enhance efficiency.
• Develops metrics, KPIs, and dashboards to track project performance.
• Establishes quality control processes and standards for project deliverables.
• Conducts post-implementation reviews to assess project outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Information Technology, or Computer Engineering.
• At least 2 years of experience in project coordination or delivery.
• Minimum 2 years of experience leading or supervising project resources.
• Strong skills in risk and issue management for effective project oversight.
• Experience in stakeholder coordination to ensure project alignment.
• Familiarity with change management practices to support transitions.
• Ability to develop and track project budgets effectively.
• Proficient in reporting and status tracking for project transparency.
