Senior Environment Lead - Hybrid - Taguig

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain corporate environmental policies and standards to guide operations.
• Provide governance oversight for compliance with Environmental Compliance Certificates (ECCs) and other permits.
• Lead and improve the Environmental Management System to enhance sustainability practices.
• Develop and maintain the enterprise environmental risk register to identify and mitigate risks.
• Govern environmental incident reporting and investigations to ensure accountability.
• Provide leadership for new environmental technologies to drive innovation.
• Conduct internal environmental audits and management reviews to assess performance.
• Monitor regulatory developments and assess impacts on operations.
• Provide technical guidance to environmental personnel to enhance their skills.
• Support ESG and sustainability reporting to communicate our efforts.
• Engage with regulators and stakeholders to foster positive relationships.
• Support site-level environmental officers in implementing best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, or Chemical Engineering.
• At least 5 years in a senior environmental role, managing multi-site operations.
• DENR-accredited Pollution Control Officer (PCO) certification is required.
• Experience engaging with regulators to ensure compliance.
• Master’s Degree or ISO 14001 certifications are a plus.
