About the Role

We are seeking a Senior IT Strategic Business Partner to join our team in Metro Manila. This role is crucial for aligning IT strategies with business goals. The successful candidate will work closely with executives to enhance technology-driven business changes. You will be responsible for fostering strong relationships across departments and ensuring that IT initiatives support overall business objectives.

As a Senior IT Strategic Business Partner, you will leverage your extensive experience to identify technology risks and opportunities. Your insights will help drive continuous improvement in IT and digital technologies. This position is on-site in Metro Manila, offering a collaborative environment where your contributions will directly impact the organization.

Responsibilities

Act as a strategic partner for executives in IT-related matters to enhance decision-making.
Communicate IT decisions and priorities to appropriate business levels to ensure alignment.
Share knowledge of technology risks and opportunities to inform strategic planning.
Understand and address emerging challenges and opportunities to drive innovation.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
At least 7 years of IT experience with a focus on strategic business partnerships.
3-5 years in a Business Partner position to develop strong stakeholder relationships.
Strong interpersonal skills to facilitate effective communication across teams.
Proven analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex challenges.
