About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Media Relations Specialist to join our team in a hybrid work model based in Makati, National Capital Region. This role is ideal for someone with at least 6 years of experience in media relations and corporate communications. You will play a key role in enhancing our corporate reputation and managing relationships with media and industry influencers.

Responsibilities

Support the Public Relations AVP in enhancing corporate reputation through strategic initiatives.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with media outlets and industry influencers.
Oversee AP Corporate Affairs agencies for effective PR and media buying.
Organize events and activities to strengthen media relationships.
Write, edit, and track media stories to ensure accurate representation.
Develop and implement media relations programs to boost visibility.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism, Communication, or related field.
At least 6 years of experience in media relations or corporate communications.
3-5 years of experience managing a team effectively.
Strong writing and editing skills for various media formats.
Experience in crisis communication and event management.
ICOR Certification is a plus but not mandatory.
