About the Role

We are looking for a Housekeeping Manager to join our 5-star hotel in Dubai. This is an onsite position with a focus on maintaining high cleanliness standards. You will lead a dedicated team and ensure guest satisfaction through excellent housekeeping services. The role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury hotel housekeeping.

Responsibilities

Lead daily operations of the Housekeeping Department.
Recruit, train, and develop the housekeeping team.
Oversee the department budget and control costs.
Implement housekeeping standards and safety rules.
Conduct regular inspections of cleanliness standards.
Analyze guest feedback to drive improvements.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years in luxury hotel housekeeping.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Proficient in housekeeping software.
Fluent in English (B2 level or higher).
