About the Role

As a Junior Coffee Specialist in Al Ain, you will represent the Nespresso brand. Your focus will be on providing excellent customer service and enhancing the coffee experience for our clients. This position requires a passion for coffee and a commitment to high customer satisfaction. You will work on-site, engaging with customers and helping them find the perfect coffee solutions.

Responsibilities

Act as an ambassador for the Nespresso brand by promoting its values and products.
Welcome customers and identify their coffee needs to provide tailored recommendations.
Achieve high customer satisfaction through attentive service and product knowledge.
Generate sales of Nespresso products by engaging customers and showcasing offerings.
Assist with Boutique projects to enhance the customer experience and store presentation.
Maintain operational efficiencies by ensuring the boutique runs smoothly.

Requirements

Must be a UAE National with a family book.
Demonstrate experience in retail or hospitality environments.
Possess strong customer service and communication skills.
Show a genuine passion for coffee and its culture.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
