About the Role

Responsibilities

Clean all chinaware, silverware, and cooking utensils to ensure hygiene standards.
Ensure supplies and equipment are well stocked and organized for efficient service.
Perform essential cleaning tasks, including mopping and waste removal, to maintain a tidy environment.
Prepare and set up clean serviceware for banquets and functions to enhance guest experiences.
Handle hazardous substances safely and follow health and safety rules to prevent accidents.
Promptly alert the supervisor on duty to any safety concerns or equipment issues to ensure a safe workplace.
Share expertise with new team members to strengthen overall team performance and collaboration.
