Senior Customer Success Architect - Remote

About the Role

As a Senior Customer Success Architect at GitLab, you will play a vital role in enhancing customer satisfaction and driving the adoption of our platform. This remote position allows you to work from anywhere, providing flexibility while engaging with Enterprise and Government clients. You will be responsible for shaping the DevSecOps strategy and ensuring that our customers achieve their business goals through effective use of our solutions. Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to Enterprise and Government customers, guiding them in their use of GitLab's platform.
• Drive adoption, retention, and growth of GitLab's services to ensure customer success.
• Collaborate with customer executives to shape multi-year platform and DevSecOps strategies.
• Translate complex business outcomes into actionable Customer Success Plans.
• Prepare detailed reports on adoption and retention metrics for executive review.
• Provide expert guidance on enterprise-scale CI/CD architecture to enhance customer operations.
• Lead the resolution of critical account escalations to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Design and deliver scalable technical enablement programs for customers.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in customer-facing roles.
• Proven expertise in CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps practices.
• Strong background in managing complex enterprise accounts successfully.
• Fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin) for effective communication.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms and hybrid architecture.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business value for clients.
• Experience in business transformation and application modernization.
