Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor and technical authority for Enterprise and Government customers.
• Drive the adoption and retention of GitLab's platform among clients.
• Translate business needs into actionable Customer Success Plans.
• Provide technical guidance on CI/CD architecture and DevSecOps practices.
• Lead the resolution of critical account escalations effectively.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and troubleshooting.
• Proven track record in customer-facing roles.
• Expert understanding of Git and delivery lifecycles.
• Experience with infrastructure as code and cloud environments.
• Fluency in English and proficiency in Mandarin.
