Responsibilities

• Develop and implement backend services for AI Chatbot products.
• Build large-scale software systems impacting millions of customers.
• Explore and integrate LLM applications to enhance chatbot performance.
• Upgrade infrastructure and architecture, perform performance tuning, and troubleshoot online incidents.
• Write high-quality, clean, and maintainable code.
• Guide junior engineers and share knowledge effectively.

Requirements

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in computer science or related field.
• Over 8 years of professional experience in data engineering.
• Strong skills in Core Java and Python.
• Experience with Flink and Spark for big data processing.
• Good cross-team communication skills.
• Ability to cope with stress and quickly learn new technologies.
