About the Role

Join our team as a Stewarding Associate at a prestigious 5-star hotel in Dubai. This is an onsite position with a focus on maintaining cleanliness and organization in our kitchen and dining areas. You will work in a dynamic environment, ensuring that all dishes and utensils are spotless and ready for use. The role involves a shift pattern that includes both day and evening shifts, providing flexibility in your work schedule.

As a Stewarding Associate, you will be part of a supportive team that values hard work and dedication. You will receive tips and service charges, enhancing your overall earnings. Meals are provided during your shifts, and transportation is arranged for your convenience.

Responsibilities

Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools.
Wash and disinfect kitchen and store room areas.
Receive deliveries and store perishables properly.
Ensure clean wares are stored in appropriate areas.
Inspect and stack cleaned items for easy access.
Assist team members in maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines.
Report any maintenance issues to the supervisor.

Requirements

No high school diploma or G.E.D. required.
No prior work experience necessary.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Basic understanding of cleaning and sanitization practices.
Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
Good communication skills in English (B2 level).
Physical ability to lift and move items as needed.
