About the Role

Shamal Holding, a leading diversified investment firm based in Dubai, is seeking an Administration Officer to enhance its operational team. This role is pivotal in managing the administrative tasks associated with our diverse portfolio, which includes notable investments in Lifestyle & Entertainment, Real Estate, Hospitality, and F&B sectors. As part of our dynamic team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operational processes and providing exceptional support to our stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, document preparation, and scheduling.
  • Greet and assist visitors, tenants, and customers with a professional and welcoming demeanor.
  • Provide accurate information regarding destinations, services, promotions, and facilities.
  • Act as the main point of contact for suppliers and service providers, processing invoices and coordinating with internal departments.
  • Prepare reports and presentations within specified deadlines for management review.
  • Lead Purchase Order (PO) and Purchase Request (PR) processes through assigned ERP systems.
  • Assist the leasing department with day-to-day matters, including contract preparation and due diligence.
  • Address tenant complaints and operational challenges promptly and efficiently.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in leasing administration or tenant relations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic administrative systems.
  • Strong communication skills, with proficiency in Arabic preferred.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Visa Provided for eligible candidates.
