As a Contact Center Agent, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the confidentiality and security of employee information in accordance with our company’s policies on Information Security and Data Privacy. Responsibilities

  • Log into the telephony platform to efficiently manage inbound calls.
  • Promote and sell the client’s services, products, and pricing, aiming to successfully sign up customers.
  • Provide support to various customer segments, including residential and small to medium enterprises.
  • Engage with customers and potential clients to explain relevant marketing materials.
  • Monitor webchat interactions, handling them similarly to inbound sales calls.

Requirements

  • At least 6 months of sales experience in a customer-focused role.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers.
  • Familiarity with telephony systems and CRM software is a plus.
  • Ability to comply with company policies on data security and privacy.
