Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of specialists to enhance their skills and performance.
• Oversee the execution of end-to-end air operations processes to ensure efficiency.
• Ensure timely and accurate sales order and purchase order creation, along with customer invoicing.
• Review daily and weekly dashboards to present performance updates to stakeholders.
• Act as the first escalation point for areas and internal finance teams to resolve issues.
• Ensure all standard operating procedures, service level agreements, and work instructions are updated and followed.

Requirements

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field.
• Have 3 to 5 years of experience in air operations or air financial operations.
• Possess a strong understanding of air export and import workflows and related records.
• Demonstrate knowledge of billing, finance controls, and cost accuracy validation.
• Exhibit strong analytical skills for interpreting KPIs and conducting root-cause analysis.
• Show strong people management and coaching abilities to foster team growth.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders across various regions.
• Manage conflicts and support operational escalations under pressure.
