We are seeking a Mid-Level Air Operations & Finops Specialist to join our team in Pasig, National Capital Region. This role is essential for ensuring smooth air export and import operations while managing financial processes. Responsibilities

• Execute air export and import processes according to global SOPs and SLAs.
• Manage booking handling and perform thorough documentation checks.
• Facilitate cargo readiness and coordinate timely delivery orders.
• Perform customer invoicing with high accuracy to ensure prompt payments.
• Maintain volume trackers and dashboards for operational visibility.

Requirements

• Graduate of any 4-year bachelor's degree.
• At least two years of experience in shipping, forwarding, or supply chain industries.
• Excellent English communication skills for effective stakeholder interactions.
• Knowledge of CargoWise One and MS Excel is an advantage.
