About the Role

We are seeking a Mid-Level HSE Business Partner to join our team in Laguna, CALABARZON. This role requires a dedicated professional with a strong background in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) practices. As an HSE Business Partner, you will work closely with site managers and safety champions to enhance safety standards and compliance. Your expertise will be crucial in creating a safer workplace and ensuring adherence to local and global regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Support site managers and safety champions in identifying HSE hazards.
  • Facilitate compliance with global HSE standards to ensure safety.
  • Advise on legal compliance with local laws to minimize risks.
  • Conduct routine site visits for safety assessments.
  • Coordinate emergency response plans to prepare for incidents.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5–6 years of relevant experience in HSE roles.
  • Experience as Safety Officer level 3 or 4 in previous positions.
  • Strong background in root cause analysis to address safety issues.
  • Proficient in English and Tagalog for effective communication.

Requirements

    Mandatory under PD 851: equivalent to one month's basic salary, paid no later than 24 December each year.
