We are seeking a Mid-Level Airfreight Specialist to join our team in Pasay, National Capital Region. This role is crucial for managing airfreight operations and ensuring smooth logistics processes. Responsibilities

  • Own job files and create or update records and customer invoices.
  • Secure truck appointments and track transfer activities effectively.
  • Coordinate with vendors to minimize incidental costs during transport.
  • Ensure accuracy of documents and timely submission to stakeholders.
  • Update milestones in the system to reflect current status.
  • Follow up on missing pre-alerts from vendors to maintain workflow.
  • Act as a point of contact for customer service for non-key client export accounts.
  • Monitor cargo movement and provide updates to customers regularly.
  • Troubleshoot issues with partner airlines to resolve problems swiftly.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in logistics or a similar environment.
  • Strong communication skills and proficiency in Excel.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and perform under pressure effectively.
  • Proactive approach with a customer-centric focus.

Statutory benefits (Philippines)
