Key Responsibilities

• Represent Apple in a partner store, fostering relationships with customers and promoting brand loyalty.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences by showcasing Apple products and services.
• Conduct product demonstrations and educate customers on the Apple ecosystem.
• Collaborate with partner staff to ensure merchandising standards are met and maintained.
• Monitor and report on store performance, identifying opportunities for growth.
• Stay informed on the latest technology trends and initiatives to enhance the customer journey.
• Provide feedback and escalate issues to ensure timely resolution.

Minimum Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant experience in retail or sales.
• Passion for technology and a desire to educate others.
• Strong customer focus and communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships and inspire trust with customers and partners.

Preferred Qualifications

Work Schedule

This position requires a commitment of 40 hours per week, including evenings and weekends, based on business needs.
