About the Role
We are looking for a Junior Waitress to join our casual dining team in Dubai. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a vibrant environment and is passionate about providing excellent service. You will work on a full-time basis, with shifts typically ranging from 10:00 AM to 11:00 PM. You will receive tips and service charges, which can significantly boost your earnings.

Responsibilities
- Serve food and beverages to guests according to our service standards.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of the restaurant menu and daily specials.
- Anticipate guests' needs and provide prompt service.
- Ensure service stations are clean and stocked during your shift.
- Handle payments and follow financial procedures as required.
- Report any guest feedback or issues through our glitch system.

Statutory benefits (UAE)
Wage Protection System (WPS)
Current-month wages must be paid via WPS no later than the 1st of the following Gregorian month. Establishments must transfer ≥85% of total wages by the deadline (Ministerial Resolution 340/2026).
End-of-Service Gratuity (EOSB)
21 days of basic salary per year for the first 5 years; 30 days per year thereafter. Allowances are excluded from the calculation.
Annual leave
Minimum 30 calendar days per year after the first year of service (2 days per month between 6 and 12 months).
Sick leave
Up to 90 days per year on a structured paid/unpaid schedule once probation completes.
Health insurance
Mandatory employer-provided coverage in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
