About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Appointment Setter - Full-Time - Remote to join a dynamic design and development studio that specializes in transforming innovative ideas into exceptional websites, products, and digital systems. This role is pivotal as we aim to establish a robust outbound sales engine, making you an essential part of our growth journey.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will collaborate closely with the founder to identify potential clients and initiate meaningful conversations that lead to booked sales calls. Your daily tasks will include:

  • Researching and identifying high-potential prospects for design and development services.
  • Building and maintaining lead lists utilizing Apollo and other CRM tools.
  • Crafting and sending personalized outreach messages to engage prospects.
  • Starting conversations through various channels, including email and LinkedIn.
  • Qualifying leads and scheduling sales calls effectively.
  • Tracking outreach, responses, and follow-up actions in HubSpot and Notion.
  • Testing new messaging strategies to enhance outreach effectiveness.
  • Collaborating with the founder to develop a streamlined sales process.

Requirements

  • Has prior experience in outbound sales, appointment setting, or lead generation.
  • Is self-motivated, results-oriented, and driven by success.
  • Can communicate fluently in English, both written and verbal, with a natural tone.
  • Is proficient in using tools like Apollo, HubSpot, and Notion.
  • Can work independently and manage their own workload efficiently.
  • Enjoys researching and identifying potential business opportunities.
  • Is organized enough to maintain a clean and updated sales pipeline.
  • Is comfortable working in a remote setting with a global team.
