• Conduct quality checks on HR data to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Audit end-to-end employee lifecycle transactions to identify areas for improvement.
• Deliver timely and accurate reports to support decision-making processes.
• Identify process gaps and opportunities for enhancing HR operations.
• Maintain up-to-date Operations Manuals for reference and training.
• Analyze incidents to prevent recurrence and improve overall service quality.

Requirements

• Demonstrate strong English communication skills for effective collaboration.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Detail-oriented to ensure accuracy in all HR-related tasks.
• Exhibit a collaborative mindset to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Possess problem-solving skills to address operational challenges.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a dynamic, high-demand environment.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors is a plus.
• Fluency in additional languages is an advantage.
