About the Role

We are seeking a Mid-Level HR Business Partner Specialist to join our team in a Hybrid in Makati model. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for human resources and a commitment to fostering a positive workplace culture. You will play a vital role in supporting HR policies and ensuring compliance with labor laws, all while collaborating with various departments to enhance employee relations.

Responsibilities

  • Support the rollout of HR policies to ensure they align with company goals.

  • Safeguard sensitive information assets to uphold confidentiality.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support HR initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in human resources roles.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel for data management tasks.
  • Experience in handling employee relations and discipline processes.
  • Knowledge of labor law compliance to mitigate risks.
  • Familiarity with Total Rewards and Compensation initiatives is a plus.

Statutory benefits (Philippines)

    Mandatory under PD 851: equivalent to one month's basic salary, paid no later than 24 December each year.
