About the Role

Join our team as an Assistant Hygiene Manager at our location in Clark Freeport. This is an onsite role with a shift pattern of 5 days a week, including weekends. You will enjoy a meal break during your shift, and transport/shuttle services are provided. We also offer a 13th-month pay and a night-shift differential for those who work late hours.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain hygiene and sanitation standards across hotel operations.
  • Assist the Hygiene Manager in setting up hygiene systems.
  • Conduct audits to ensure compliance with health rules.
  • Document findings and prepare reports on hygiene practices.
  • Train staff on hygiene protocols and best practices.
  • Monitor cleanliness in food preparation areas.
  • Respond to hygiene-related inquiries from staff and guests.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Food Safety or related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in hygiene or food safety.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and hygiene audit tools.
  • Good communication skills in English (B2 level).
  • Familiarity with Philippine food safety laws is a plus.

    Mandatory under PD 851: equivalent to one month's basic salary, paid no later than 24 December each year.
