About the Role
We are seeking a Junior Receptionist to join our team in Ras Al Khaimah. This on-site position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about customer service and hospitality. As a Junior Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they have a welcoming experience from the moment they arrive. Responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival and complete the check-in process efficiently.
- Process guest departures and handle payments accurately.
- Respond to guest inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Demonstrate knowledge of hotel facilities and local attractions to assist guests.
- Apply up-selling techniques to maximize occupancy and enhance guest experience.
- Handle financial transactions according to hotel rules and procedures.
- Maintain communication with the Front Office Manager and Supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
- Adhere to brand standards and safety rules to provide a secure environment.
Requirements

Statutory benefits (UAE)
Wage Protection System (WPS)
Current-month wages must be paid via WPS no later than the 1st of the following Gregorian month. Establishments must transfer ≥85% of total wages by the deadline (Ministerial Resolution 340/2026).
End-of-Service Gratuity (EOSB)
21 days of basic salary per year for the first 5 years; 30 days per year thereafter. Allowances are excluded from the calculation.
Annual leave
Minimum 30 calendar days per year after the first year of service (2 days per month between 6 and 12 months).
Sick leave
Up to 90 days per year on a structured paid/unpaid schedule once probation completes.
Health insurance
Mandatory employer-provided coverage in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
