About the Role

Join our team as an Assistant Restaurant Manager in a fine dining establishment located in Metro Manila. This role requires a passion for food and beverage, along with strong leadership skills. You will work on a shift basis, including weekends and holidays. Night shifts may be required, and a night shift differential is offered. Enjoy a meal break during your shift, and we provide transport to and from the restaurant.

We are looking for someone with at least 5 years of experience in the hospitality industry, particularly in luxury restaurants or 5-star hotels. If you have a degree in Hospitality and a knack for creating exceptional guest experiences, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

  • Ensure smooth restaurant operations during shifts.
  • Assist with monthly forecasting and weekly scheduling.
  • Evaluate restaurant profitability through P&L reports.
  • Maximize and maintain restaurant performance metrics.
  • Create exceptional guest experiences through service excellence.

Requirements

  • Hospitality degree or equivalent.
  • 5 years of experience in international hotels.
  • 2 years in a similar role in fine dining.
  • Fluency in English and Filipino.
  • Knowledge of P&L reports and restaurant operations.

Statutory benefits (Philippines)
