About the Role

Join our team as a Receptionist at a prestigious 5-star hotel in Quezon City. This role offers a full-time schedule with flexible shifts, including day and night shifts. Night shift employees will receive a night differential. You will enjoy meal breaks during your shifts and have access to transport or shuttle services. We also provide 13th-month pay and opportunities for career growth.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly within 30 seconds of their arrival.
  • Escort customers to their accommodations promptly.
  • Respond to guest requests quickly and courteously.
  • Direct dining room staff based on customer needs.
  • Answer incoming calls and provide accurate information.
  • Assist dining room staff by setting and clearing tables.
  • Contribute to team efforts by completing related tasks.
  • Ensure every guest feels valued and respected.

Requirements

  • Preferably a college or high school diploma.
  • Height must be at least 5'3".
  • Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift.
  • Basic computer skills are required.
  • Good communication skills in English.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts is essential.
  • Ability to multitask in a busy environment.

Statutory benefits (Philippines)

  • 13th-month pay

    Mandatory under PD 851: equivalent to one month's basic salary, paid no later than 24 December each year.

  • Service Incentive Leave
