About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Commis 3 to join our kitchen team in Metro Manila. This role is ideal for individuals who have a passion for cooking and want to grow in a high-end kitchen environment. As a Junior Commis 3, you will work closely with experienced chefs and learn the ins and outs of culinary operations. This position requires a culinary degree or equivalent and at least two years of experience in a professional kitchen.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare ingredients and mise en place to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
  • Follow instructions from the Chef de Partie or Sous Chef to maintain quality.
  • Maintain food presentation and quality standards to delight guests.
  • Work independently when required to complete tasks efficiently.
  • Adhere to food safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe kitchen.

Requirements

  • Hold a culinary degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Have at least two years of experience in a high-end kitchen.
  • Possess knowledge of food safety systems like HACCP and ISO22000.
