Catering Executive – Dubai, UAE

About the Role

We are looking for a Catering Executive to join our team in Dubai, UAE. This role is onsite and involves working closely with clients to provide exceptional catering services. You will develop strong relationships with clients and ensure their needs are met during events. This position offers a chance to grow in the catering industry.

The shift pattern is typically 5 days a week, with weekends off. You will receive meals during your shifts and a service charge/tips based on performance. Accommodation and transport will be provided, along with a visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with catering clients.
• Handle inquiries and prepare catering proposals.
• Close sales and manage client expectations.
• Coordinate catering events with kitchen and logistics teams.
• Ensure excellent customer service throughout the process.

Requirements

• Experience in sales or catering preferred.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Customer-focused with relationship-building skills.
• Organized and able to manage multiple events.
• Knowledge of the food and beverage industry is a plus.
