Responsibilities

• Inspect guest rooms and public areas for cleanliness.
• Assist in managing daily housekeeping tasks.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry teams.
• Document and resolve room discrepancies.
• Prepare and communicate changes in room assignments.
• Help hire, train, and evaluate housekeeping staff.
• Ensure safety and security rules are followed.
• Welcome guests according to hotel standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• At least 1 year of related work experience.
• 1 year of supervisory experience in hospitality.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail in housekeeping tasks.
• Basic safety training is a plus.
