Junior Control Room Associate - On-site

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Junior Control Room Associate to join our team in Cebu, Central Visayas. This is an on-site position where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of our premises. You will utilize your skills in monitoring and responding to various situations, contributing to a secure environment for everyone. Responsibilities

• Observe and track individuals on-site using the CCTV camera system.
• Respond to suspicious or unlawful behavior and report security breaches promptly.
• Allocate resources and tasks by answering telephone and radio requests efficiently.
• Maintain the Security Access System to ensure proper access control.
• Monitor and coordinate communications during emergencies to ensure safety.
• Provide assistance and information to support security operations effectively.
• Assist in training new Surveillance Control Room Associates to enhance team skills.
• Perform administrative tasks, including compiling reports and statistics.
• Follow and promote the Company’s Health and Safety policy actively.
• Uphold Surveillance CORE Values: Vigilance, Integrity, Confidentiality, Accountability, Teamwork, and Professionalism.

Requirements

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken, is essential.
• Proficient in MS Office applications for daily tasks.
