About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Associate - Insurance Account to join our dynamic team in Dubai. In this role, you will ensure the accuracy and compliance of all documents related to insurance accounts. Your attention to detail will be crucial in providing exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Review the completeness and compliance of all received documents.
  • Verify the accuracy of agent and license information.
  • Analyze information to determine the proper handling of work.
  • Accurately encode agent, license, and commission information into the system.
  • Update existing agent records in the system as necessary.
  • Create and post correspondences when required.
  • Identify the next process based on workflow and create necessary transactions.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the Team Leader or Manager.

Requirements

  • Open to college graduates or undergraduates who have completed at least 2nd year.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in financial, healthcare, retirement, or insurance accounts.
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications.
  • Willing to work full-time onsite in Dubai.
  • Flexible with shifts and able to adapt to changing schedules.
  • Ability to adhere to the current performance tools utilized by the team.
  • Coachable and open to feedback for personal performance improvement.
  • Arabic proficiency is a plus.
