  • Identify and rectify errors or irregular transactions according to procedures.
  • Maintain compliance with legal regulations and internal standards.

  • Proactively escalate potential issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Implement Group Compliance Policies to mitigate operational risks.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of Liquidity Products and experience in payments.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and a strong focus on quality customer service.
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a high-pressure environment.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work under minimal supervision.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and a willingness to learn quickly.

This position is Hybrid in Manila with a focus on providing excellent customer service during US Night Shift. Candidates must have valid Philippine residency.
