We are seeking an Employee Lifecycle Experience Specialist to join our team in a hybrid role based in Makati. This position focuses on enhancing employee experiences throughout their lifecycle with our organization. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that employees receive accurate information and support during their journey with us. Responsibilities

  • Respond to employee inquiries with accurate information to enhance satisfaction.
  • Maintain and audit SAP SuccessFactors to ensure data integrity.
  • Support the Compensation team during global cycles to streamline processes.
  • Prepare reports and simulations for compensation programs to aid decision-making.
  • Coordinate complex mass changes to improve operational efficiency.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance overall workflow.
  • Support knowledge retention by onboarding and training new team members.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree holder in a relevant field.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English to communicate effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess data and trends.
  • Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in tasks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data management.
  • Team player with a proactive mindset to foster collaboration.
  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or similar HR systems is a plus.

Statutory benefits (Philippines)

  • 13th-month pay

    Mandatory under PD 851: equivalent to one month's basic salary, paid no later than 24 December each year.

  • Service Incentive Leave

    Five days of paid leave per year after one year of service.

  • Mandatory contributions

    Employer must contribute to SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG on the employee's behalf.
