About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team in Makati, NCR. This is an on-site position where you will analyze data to drive strategic decisions. You will work closely with various stakeholders to implement new projects and improve existing processes. Your expertise in tools like Microsoft PowerBI, Tableau, and Snowflake will be essential in building insightful reports and dashboards.
Responsibilities
- Analyze data to find insights that drive strategy and implement new projects.
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards for effective decision making.
- Automate and optimize data processes, including collection, transformation, and visualization.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve complex issues.
- Participate in AI/Machine Learning projects and contribute to innovative solutions.
- Lead and mentor junior analysts to enhance team performance.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Intelligence or related fields.
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerBI, Tableau, Snowflake, SQL, R, and Python.
- Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated with a sense of ownership and accountability.
- Excellent communication skills to explain complex matters to non-technical experts.

Statutory benefits (Philippines)
