About the Role
We are seeking a Mid-Level Reporting Specialist to join our team in Makati. This role requires a strong background in reporting and analytics, particularly within Talent Acquisition operations. Responsibilities
- Build and maintain reports that track recruitment pipeline health and hiring performance.
- Partner with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into actionable insights.
- Interpret Power BI dashboards and data sets into clear business narratives.
- Support a data-driven culture within Talent Acquisition.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in reporting and analytics.
- Proficient in advanced Excel and Power BI.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills for effective collaboration.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms like SuccessFactors is a plus.

Statutory benefits (Philippines)
13th-month pay
Mandatory under PD 851: equivalent to one month's basic salary, paid no later than 24 December each year.
