Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular store visits to ensure brand standards are met.
  • Perform structured evaluations and audits using approved tools.
  • Track store performance and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Ensure compliance with store processes and retail excellence standards.
  • Support the development of action plans to improve KPIs.
  • Align with trainers on training topics and execution schedules.
  • Partner with the Brand Team for consistent in-store marketing.
  • Collaborate with Franchise Operations Leads and store teams.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Filipino.

Statutory benefits (Philippines)

  • 13th-month pay

    Mandatory under PD 851: equivalent to one month's basic salary, paid no later than 24 December each year.

  • Service Incentive Leave

    Five days of paid leave per year after one year of service.
