About the Role

Join our prestigious 5-star hotel in Dubai as a Front Office Host. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome and a seamless check-in experience. You will work on a full-time basis, with shifts that may vary, providing you with the opportunity to engage with guests from around the world.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests upon arrival and complete the check-in process.
  • Process guest departures and handle payments efficiently.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of hotel offerings and local attractions.
  • Recommend hotel amenities and services to enhance guest experience.
  • Respond to guest requests and resolve concerns promptly.

Requirements

  • Passion for hospitality and guest service.
  • Strong communication skills in English (B2 level or higher).
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Problem-solving skills to address guest inquiries.
  • Previous experience in a hotel or customer service role is a plus.

Statutory benefits (UAE)

  • Wage Protection System (WPS)

    Current-month wages must be paid via WPS no later than the 1st of the following Gregorian month. Establishments must transfer ≥85% of total wages by the deadline (Ministerial Resolution 340/2026).

  • End-of-Service Gratuity (EOSB)

    21 days of basic salary per year for the first 5 years; 30 days per year thereafter. Allowances are excluded from the calculation.

  • Annual leave

    Minimum 30 calendar days per year after the first year of service (2 days per month between 6 and 12 months).

  • Sick leave

    Up to 90 days per year on a structured paid/unpaid schedule once probation completes.

  • Health insurance

    Mandatory employer-provided coverage in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
