About the Role

Join our team as a Guest Experience Agent in Metro Manila! This role is perfect for those who love helping others and creating memorable experiences. You will work on a fixed schedule with shifts from 8 AM to 5 PM or 1 PM to 10 PM. We provide meal breaks during your shift and offer a night shift differential for those who work late hours. Transport is available for all employees, ensuring you can easily commute to work.

As a Guest Experience Agent, you will be the face of our hotel, welcoming guests and ensuring their needs are met. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for customer service and a desire to grow within the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities

  • Provide warm, professional, and personalized service to all guests at all touchpoints.
  • Anticipate guest needs and deliver intuitive and anticipatory service.
  • Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
  • Participate in training sessions, SOP briefings, and service culture programs.
  • Promote hotel facilities, dining outlets, spa, and experiences to enhance guest satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
  • 1–2 years’ experience in Guest Relations or Front Office.
  • Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving ability.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail is a must.
  • Fluency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Proficiency in hotel systems (Opera or similar) is an advantage.

Statutory benefits (Philippines)

  • 13th-month pay

    Mandatory under PD 851: equivalent to one month's basic salary, paid no later than 24 December each year.

  • Service Incentive Leave

    Five days of paid leave per year after one year of service.

  • Mandatory contributions

    Employer must contribute to SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG on the employee's behalf.
